Ingredients

    1 bag coleslaw
    1 1/3 cup red onion
    1 1/5 cup sliced carrots
    4 tbsp. fresh cilantro
    3/4 cup peanuts (almonds are great also)
    8 tsp. sesame oil
    6 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
    1 tsp. red pepper flakes (or as desired)

Directions

Toss all ingrediants together and serve, it's so simple and quick. Makes about 6 servings, 2 cups each. I like to add a lean protein and eat as a salad, but feel free to eat alone or as a side dish.
