Ingredients

    750ml Low Sodium Chicken Broth
    227g (1/2 lb) Baby Carrots, diced
    27g Onion, diced
    94ml Skim Milk
    1 tsp each Garlic Powder, Parsley, and Pepper (I suggest 1/2 this amount of pepper, mine was definitely strong on the pepper.)
    1/2 tsp Onion Powder
    1/8 tsp Cumin

Directions

Bring to a boil 1/2 of the broth, and the carrots and onions.
Reduce to a simmer until the carrots are soft.
Add the rest of the broth and the carrot mix into a blender and puree it all.
Put the puree back into the original pot and add in the milk and seasonings (I recommend 1 tsp of garlic powder and parsley, 1/2 tsp of onion powder and black pepper, and 1/8 tsp of cumin.). I let it just come to a boil before taking it off the heat. That's it! :)
