Ingredients

    2 cups canned Pork
    1 cup flour
    1 tsp Ground Sage
    1 tsp Ground Thyme
    1tsp Italian Seasoning
    1/2 cup chopped Green Bell Pepper
    1/2 tblsp A1 Steak Sauce
    1/4 cup Hunts Ketchup

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and drop by tablespoon onto hot griddle. if you use nonstick cooking spray--oil is not needed.

Cook until brown--like a pancake.
