    3 cups flour
    1- 1/2 cups white sugar
    3/4 cup oil
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs
    1 cup sour cream


In a bowl, cream flour, sugar, oil and cream of tartar together. Take out a handful, add cinnamon and set aside.

Add salt, baking soda, eggs and sour cream to the bowl and mix well.. Pour and spread evenly in a greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon mixture evenly over the top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out of the center clean. Serves 16-20.
