Number of Servings: 5


    Water- 5 cups
    Onions- 2 large
    Chicken bouillon-3 tsp
    Bouillon, Knorr Vegetable- 2 cubes to 3 cubes
    Great Value Worcestershire Sauce- 1 tsp
    Crisco Butter Flavor Shortening- 3 tbsp
    White Cooking Wine- 1/4 cup
    Garlic, 2 cloves

    Optional and not included in the nutritional calculations.
    Seasoned croutons
    Shredded Parmesan cheese

    Also, you may want to adjust how much bouillon you use to flavor it depending on what you like.

    If you want it to have lower calories than what it already is use less Crisco buttered flavored shortening. Then it will be 68 calories instead of 112.


Heat up the crisco in a skillet and add the sliced onions and minced garlic. Cook them until they are tender ( about 20 minutes)

Add all the other ingredients and bring it to a boil for a minute.

Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, covered.

Then if you want you can add some cheese and croutons but remember I didn't include it in the calculations.
