    Cream together Neufchatel & Marscapone Cheese. Add 5 egg yolks, 1 TBSP vanilla, 1/3 Cup Stevia.(Recipe displays 15 teaspoons of Stevia because I was not able to add cups). You can use any brand of pure stevia powder.

    Break apart one full Sugar Free Sponge Cake (aprox.10-12oz, 140 calories per 1/4 cake serving size)

    Add 1/2 of broken cake pieces to 9-13 dish.
    Spoon 1/2 of Coffee onto cake pieces.
    Spread 1/2 of cheese mixture.
    Sprinkle with TBLS Cocoa Powder.
    Chill for 2 hours.
