    4 medium potatoes, cubed
    1 10 oz package of frozen mixed vegetables
    13 oz Keilbasa (can use turkey)
    1/4 cup magarine
    1/2 cup shredded chedder cheese


Cube potatoes and put in 9x13 pan then add vegetables, slice the kielbasa and add to veggies and potatoes, mix well. Cut margarine into slices and place ove mixture. Cove with foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 min or until potatoes are tender. Uncover add chedder cheese ad place back in oven until chesse is meltd.
