    1 large onion diced
    4 large carrots sliced
    4 stalks celery sliced
    1 head cauliflower chopped
    1 head cabbage sliced and diced
    1 can stewed tomato's broken up
    1 can diced tomato's
    1 TBSP dried parsley
    1 TBSP dried oregano
    1 TBSP dried sage
    4 bay leaves
    1 TBSP sea salt
    1 tsp black pepper
    3 TBSP Chicken Base flavoring


cook the onion, celery, and carrots for 10 to 15 minutes in 1 TBSP olive oil. Add ground turkey and cookand break up until all the pink is gone. Add cauliflower, cabbage, and two cans of tomato's. Add seasonings, chicken base and 8 cups of water. Bring to a simmer and cover. Let simmer on the stove for at least 2 hours.
