    4 Bell Peppers (Any Color)
    1/2 pound ground turkey
    1 can tomato juice
    1 cup Spanish rice
    1/2 cup monterey cheese


Preheat oven to 325.

Mix raw turkey, Spanish rice (cooked), and monterey cheese together and pack into raw bell peppers. Place in baking dish and cover with tomato sauce. Bake in over for 20 minutes.

Yields 4 servings.
