    6 strips of lasagna noodles
    1 can Hunts Mushroom Pasta Sauce
    1 c nonfat cottage cheese
    8 oz shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
    1 lb extra lean ground beef
    1 egg
    1/2 c. parmesan cheese
    2 T parsley flakes


Cook and drain ground beef. Add pasta sauce, bring to boil. In medium bowl mix mix cottage cheese, egg, parmesan cheese and parsley. Spoon sauce into bottom of rock 'n serve. Add 3 strips of lasagna noodles. Spoon cottage cheese mix on top, spoon sauce on top, top with mozzarella cheese; repeat layers, ending with mozzarella cheese. Cover with seal, pop vent open and cook on 70% power for 30 min. Let sit for 5 min. Serves 8
