Ingredients

3 cups whole wheat flour
2 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond breeze
1 1/8 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 1/2 Tbsp poppyseeds
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp each: salt, almond extract, vanilla extract, butter flavor
3 eggs
Glaze:
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 orange juice
1/2 tsp each: almond extract, vanilla extract, butter flavor
Directions
Set oven for 325 degrees
Mix all ingredients except those for the glaze. Pour into two greased loaf pans. Place in preheated oven. Bake for 5 minutes then mix glaze ingredients together and pour equal amounts over the top of each pan. Continue to cook for an hour or until skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean.
