    1/2 C *Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
    1/2 C *Water
    1 *Banana
    1 C *Frozen Mixed Berries
    2 Tbls *Flax Seeds (ground)
    2 Scoops *Vanilla Whey Protein Powder

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender and mix untill smooth.
