    2tbs Smart Balance Light w/ flax
    2tbs AP Flour
    2tbs Red Chili Powder (pick your heat)
    1 garlic clove minced
    2tsp Chicken Bouillon
    2c water
    Salt to taste


Make a rue of the butter and flour cook until raw four taste is gone
mix water and boullion
add garlic to rue and cook slightly
add Chili powder and whisk (don't burn it!)
add broth mix and whisk until smooth
Cook until boiling and then set aside and reheat when you want to use it!
