    2 lb 90% fat free ground beef
    3 medium onions
    3 medium bell peppers
    1 can pinto beans, drained
    1 can black beans, drained
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    1 can tomatoes with chilis added
    chili powder
    salt & pepper to taste


Brown beef, drain fat. Add pepper and onions and cook for approximately 10 minutes. Add beans, tomatoes and seasonings and simmer for an hour.

Optional Toppings: Sour Cream, Guacamole, cilantro, cheese
