Great as a dip for Spring Rolls or vegetable dippers. Great as a dip for Spring Rolls or vegetable dippers.

    1 cup almond butter (can use peanut butter)
    1 Tablespoon cold press sesame oil
    1 t. Agave nectar (Can use 1 T. sugar)
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 fresh hot chili pepper, seeds removed (use more or less for taste)
    1 T. rice vinegar
    3 T. fresh cilantro


In good blender, mince garlic, cilantro and hot pepper, Add nut butter, sesame oil, sweetener and rice vinegar. Process until smooth. Add a few drops water if needed to make nut sauce a thick but pourable consistency. Taste and adjust spices as needed. Store in refrigerator and use within 1 week. Use as a dipping sauce for Thai Spring Rolls or other Asian foods.
