    *Flour, white, .5 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Sucralose (like Splenda), 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, .25 tsp (remove)
    Land O Lakes, Light Butter, Salted, 1 Tbsp, 3 serving (remove)
    Egg white, 4 serving (remove)
    Cool Whip Lite, 8 tbsp (remove)


Preheat oven to 425, Mix flour, salt and splenda together, set aside. In a medium pan combine water, butter and vanilla. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Once blended and boiling reduce heat to Low. Add flour and stir vigorously until a ball of dough forms. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Use an electric mixer add egg whites until blended. Spray a large baking pan with cooking spray. Drop 12 spoonfuls of mixture onto pan, evenly spacing them out. Cook for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 375 degrees. Cook for additional 10-15 minutes until puffs appear very firm. , then remove puffs from oven. Pierce the top of each witha knife and allow them to cool comp[letely. Once ready to serve, mix pudding and cool whip together Slice tops of puffs off and remove any doughy undercooked insides. Fill and replace tops.
