This is a sweeter (but not super sweet) cornbread that is SO GOOD. This is a sweeter (but not super sweet) cornbread that is SO GOOD.
Number of Servings: 9


    1 C Flour
    1 C Yellow Cornmeal
    1/4 C Granulated Sugar
    3 tsp Baking Powder
    1/4 C Honey
    1/4 C canola oil
    1 C skim milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    cooking spray


Stir together flour, sugar, cornmeal and baking powder.

Make a well in the center of the dry mixture and add milk, honey, oil and eggs. Stir until combined.

Spray a 9x9 pan with cooking spray and pour into pan.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.

Makes 9 servings.
