Ingredients

    12 ounces pink salmon
    1/3 cup Daisy light sour cream
    1.5 T light mayo
    1/2 cup sauteed onion
    1/2 cup sauteed celery (saute in Pam)
    3 t Grey Poupon

    1/2 cup Progresso Italian Style breadcrumbs
    5 tsp. margarine

    Remoulade
    1/3 c Daisy light sour
    3 t Grey Poupon
    3 T minced onion
    4-5 drops hot sauce


Directions

Combine croquette ingredients, patty, and press bread crumbs on. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Fry in 5 tsp. of margarine for 4 minutes each side.

Combine remoulade ingredients and refrigerate at least 10 minutes. Serve over croquettes.
