Ingredients

    3/4 cup white whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup ground All-Bran Bran Buds
    1/4 cup ground flax meal
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    3 medium bananas, mashed
    1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 egg, beaten
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract



Directions

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a well in the center, place all wet ingredients in the well. Mix until just combined, do not over mix. Evenly separate into 12 greased or lined muffin tins. Cook in a preheated 350 F oven for 15-20 minutes.
