    1.5 cups Trader Joe's Organic Unsweetened Soymilk*
    1 Frozen Banana
    1 Bag (6oz) Baby Spinach
    5 Frozen Unswettened Strawberries
    4 Truvia Packets**
    1 Scoop PlantFusion Protein Powder, Vanilla Flavor***
    Water (as much as is needed for blending)


Blend all ingredients, adding water as necessary. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy! :)

*Any soymilk can be used, but I recommend TJ's Organic Unsweetened Soymilk (green and cream colored container) because it's high in protein and low in sugar
