Ingredients

    1 1/4 c. Holland House cooking wine
    1 can. Diced Tomatoes
    2 cans chicken broth
    2 cans beef broth
    2 Bags of Green Giant Valley Fresh Healthy Colors Veggies
    24 pre-cooked GFS meetballs
    1 lb. chicken breast cut into bite size chunks
    1 package Buitoni three cheese Tortillini noodles
    1 large onion
    minced garlic to taste ( I used 1/4 c.)

Directions

Cut the chicken breast into bite size peices, chop onion and place both in frying pan and saute with minced garlic and diced tomatoes until cooked.

Put in a large dutch oven pan and add both chicken and beef broth, cooking wine and meetballs. Bring to boil.

Add vegetables and Tortillini noodles and cook until done.

Serving Size: makes 8 2c. servings
