    Black Beans, 1 ea. 25.5 oz can, rinsed
    1 ea. 14.5 oz can of Muir Glen no salt added diced tomatoes
    1 each 32 oz box imagine veg broth, low sodium + 1 cup
    1 large onion diced
    1 large carrot diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    3 cloves garlic diced
    1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
    1 tbsp red pepper flakes
    1 Tbsp EV Olive Oil
    About 3 cups fresh baby spinach


Heat the oil in pot, saute vegetables
put in diced tomatoes, beans, and vegetable broth, and spinach
Add spices, bring to boil, reduce to simmer, let sit for at least an hour.
