Ingredients

    Zucchini, 1000 grams
    *Flour, white, 0.125 cup
    milk, skimmed, 200 gram(s)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 0.5 cup, shredded

Directions

cut zucchini into slices, steam it or stir fry it until it is soft...make the bechamel sauce by heating the olive oil and then add the flour and mix it well, remove from heat and add slowly the milk while stirring continously...add salt and spices..
row the zucchini in oven pan and pour the bechamel over and then add the cheese..
preheat the oven 180 C and remove it from oven when it is golden.
