Can use chicken, turkey, beef or pork with this meal. Can use chicken, turkey, beef or pork with this meal.

    1 pd Beef Chuck this time Meat 1 pd (chicken, beef, pork, turkey which ever you like)
    16 oz Stir Fry Vegetables 1 bag (or whatever size you want)
    8 oz Wheat spaghetti Pasta (uncooked)
    5 oz Thai sitr fry sauce is the best to use if can't get that then use Kikkoman. (use how evermuch you want.)
    2 tblsp Olive Oil


Fix pasta according to package directions and drain. While pasta in large skillet add 2 tblsp Olive Oil, Then add meat, can us leftover chicken. (Dosen't have to be a pd can be more or less) Add Vegetables, cook until vegetables are desired consistancy, then remove from heat and add pasta.
I usually use chicken but it was just as good using the beef.
