Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia)
    Turkey Sausage, Oscar Mayer, 12 oz
    Oscar Mayer Turkey Bacon, 4 slices
    Blue Bonnet Margerine, 2 Tbsp
    *Garlic Powder, 2 tsp
    *Onion Powder, 2 tsp
    *Beef boullion cube, 2 serving
    *1 Cup Warm Water, 2 serving
    *Morton Salt - Lite Salt, 1 tsp

Directions

Wash and cut cabbage into wedges. In a sauce pan add two cups of water , seasoning and beef boullion cubes. Once water comes to a boil, add cabbage and let steam until tender. Add sausage, margerine and cooked bacon , broken into pieces. Let simmer until cabbage is tender and sausage is cooked. Serve over rice. Serves 4
