This calzone is a little different, but good. This calzone is a little different, but good.
Number of Servings: 4


    4 Servings of Pizza dough
    8 oz of Pizza sauce
    1 cup fresh mushrooms
    1/2 yellow bell pepper
    1/4 green bell pepper
    1/4 cup carrots --matchstick size
    1/4 cup onion
    3 cloves of garlic--or to taste
    1/4 lb italian sausage--cooked
    24 pcs canadian bacon
    1 cup raw spinach
    1 cup mozzarella cheese


Gentle cook the mushrooms, bell peppers, onion, carrot and garlic in a skillet over medium heat until soft. Set aside.

Divide pizza dough and roll out into 4 circles.
Place 1/4 cup of sauce on half of each circle of dough.
Place 1/4 of spinach, sausage, cheese, and veggie mix onto the sauce in any order, leaving the other half clean.

Fold dough up over the filling and bake until the crust is desired color and cheese is melted. Usually about 15 to 20 minutes.
