    1 cup uncooked brown rice
    1 1/4 cups Swanson Chicken Broth (99% fat-free)
    2 t dried rosemary
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 cups fresh chopped broccoli
    1/4 cup slivered almonds
    1/4 cup sunflower kernals
    1/2 t salt
    1/8 t pepper


In a large skillet coating with cooking spray, saute rice until lightly browned. Add chicken broty, rosemary, and garlic; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 40 minutes or until rice is almost tender.

Stir in the broccoli, almonds, sunflower kernals, salt & pepper. Cover and cook 3-5 minutes longer or until rice is tender and broccoli is crisp-tender. Fluff with a fork and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings (2/3 cup serving)
