Introduction
Just like the Country Chef Salad at Cracker Barrel, except with 4 oz. of oven roast turkey breast instead of 4 oz. of a combination of turkey, ham & bacon like they serve it. Ingredients

12 oz (4 cups) lettuce/salad mix, including carrot slivers
4 oz. oven roasted turkey breast (slices or chopped)
1/4 cup shredded colby cheese
1 medium tomato, chopped (large chunks)
1 slice red onion for topping
Directions
Mix together salad mix/es, shredded cheese and tomato, place turkey on top of mixture, then garnish with slice of red onion. (can add chopped hard-boiled egg also, but nutrition information does not include the egg)
