    Butter unsalted Breakstone, 0.25 tbsp
    Macaroni elbow Muellers, 1.5 cup
    Mustard dry, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Milk vanilla Natura soy, 16 oz
    Cheese veggie cheddar & pepper jack Galaxy, 1 cup
    Bread crumbs Plain Progresso, 0.25 cup
    Cornstarch Baldom, 2 tbsp


If you like top browned, remove casserole dish top last 7 minutes of cooking.


Cook macaroni according to directions & set aside. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In saucepan heat butter & then stir in cornstarch, mustard & pepper. Gradually stir in milk. Cook until mixture thickens slightly. Add cheese & macaroni until melted. Pour mixture into covered casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until hot & bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings 1 cup each
