Ingredients

    1 cup slices Carrots, cooked
    2 cup, cubes Butternut Squash
    2 cup, cubes Sweet potato
    1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    Salt & black pepper to taste

Directions

Cook in the microwave, drain, mash with a little of the cooking liquid and season to taste.

Great with sausage casserole and savoy cabbage.
