    .5 lb stew meat
    2 cans kidney beans
    2 26 oz cans of crushed or whole tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can tomato paste
    1T of chili powder
    1 Packet McCormick Chili Seasoning
    2 cups of zucchini
    2 cups of whole mushrooms
    3 cloves garlic
    1T olive oil


saute garlic in oil
add meat until browned
add tomato sauce, beans, and bouillon (in water)
simmer 1 hour or until thick
Add vegetables and simmer another 20-30 minutes
