    Portabello mushroom cap, 5" bigger is better
    Part skim mozzerella cheese, pre-shredded about 1.5 oz
    Italian flavored lean Turkey sausage, 1large or 2 small links
    Pizza sauce, canned, 3-4 tbsp


Preheat broiler. Cook sausage into crumbles over medium high heat. Take out stem from mushroom and discard.
Place a few tablespoons of sauce on mushroom cap, add more or less to taste. Next, add crumbled sausage on top of sauce. Top with mozzerlla cheese and place on a cookie sheet. Broil in oven on lower rack of oven if electric or farthest setting from heat on gas range. Broil until cheese is bubbly and starting to brown. Enjoy!
