    Onion powder, 0.5 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp
    Olive oil Spanish Coloso, 1/4 cup
    Garlic, 1 clove crushed
    Soy sauce lite La Choy, 1/4 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 medium sliced
    Mahi Mahi Treasures from the sea, 16 oz


Wash fish & pat dry, put in plastic ziploc bag. Mix ingredients except mushrooms & pour into bag & marinate 1 to 4 hrs (or overnight). Slice mushrooms & line bottom of baking pan. Pour fish & mixture over them & bake in 350 degree oven until fish flakes.
