    1/2 box of yellow cake mix( I used Lemon instead).
    1/2 cup of sugar free applesauce
    1 tsp of baking soda
    1 cup water
    1/4 cup sugar free jelly preserves( I used raspberry)


Mix cake mix, baking soda, applesauce and 1 cup of water in bowl until blended. Divide equally into 12 non stick cupcake tins. Bake at 350 for 20*22 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
After cupcakes are done and cooled put the jelly preserves into a ziplock bag cut the end off.
Poke a hole in the center of the cupcakes with a knife and put the jelly evenly into the 12 cupcakes....enjoy!
