1 green pepper
1 red or yellow pepper
1 large onion - white, yellow, or vidalia
1 jar green olives (middle size)
3 can black olives (chopped) or 1 jar pitted olives (diced)
jalapeno or hot pepper relish to taste, if desired
Directions
Run all through food processor. Serve with tortilla chips.
