    8 cups Spaghetti Squash (about 2 lbs)

    4 cups Barilla Marinara Sauce

    16 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk

    .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

    12 tbsp Corn Flake Crumbs - Kellogg’s

    Salt and Pepper can be added to taste


Half squash long-wise Bake in oven or microwave until tender. Cool. Remove seed and scrape to form spaghetti.

Add half to baking pan, cover with half of squash, add Mariana Sauce, followed by the Mozzarella and Parmesan.

Repeat a second layer with the remaining ingredients.

Cover with the corn flake crumbs (other types of bread crumbs can be used if desired)

Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes (until brown)

Serving Size: Makes 12 Servings when baked in a 9x13 pan
