Ingredients

    2 Cinnamon, ground
    0.25 cup (not packed) Raisins
    10 fl oz Soy Milk
    12 Cornstarch
    1.50 tsp Sucralose (like Splenda)
    2 small apples, fresh with skin, cored

Directions

Place the apples in 2 small microwavable bowls and stuff the raisins in the cores, sprinkle each with a pinch of cinnamon then microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Mix a little of the soymilk with the cornstach and sucrolose in a cup and heat the rest on the stove in a small pan. As the milk heats up add the cornstarch stirring continuously with a wooden spoon. When it has thickened, just as it boils, remove from the heat and divide between the bowls of apple and raisins. Allow to cool a little before eating.
