    1 lb lump crabmeat
    3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
    2 egg whites, lightly beaten
    3 tbsp light mayo
    2 tbsp chopped fresh parsely
    2 tsp worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
    Black pepper to taste

    1/4 cup plain yogurt
    2 tbsp light mayo
    3/4 tsp yellow mustard
    1 1/2 tsp minced fresh dill or 1/2 tsp dried
    Pinch of sugar


1. in a bowl mix all crab cake ingredients reserving 1/4 cup of the breadcrumbs taking care to keep as many large crab pieces as possible. Set aside.

2. Use hands to shape the mixture in to 6 patties. Coat large nonstick saute pan with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Lightly dust both sides of teh crab cakes with remaining breadcrumbs.

3. Add crab cakes to the pan. Cook the crab cakes about 5 minutes each side or until lightly browned and warmed through. Serve the crab cakes with the mustard dill sauce.

Serving Size: Makes 6 crab cakes, 1 per serving
