    1/2 lb wheat Fafalle Pasta, cooked about halfway
    1 jar Garlic Onion Pasta Sauce
    1 lb Extra lean ground turkey (extra lean ground beef ads 60 calories per serving)
    2 cup beef broth or 2 boullion cubes
    2 1/2c water
    1 tbsp oregano
    1/2 tbsp salt
    2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
    2 tbsp steak seasoning
    7 oz ricotta cheese
    1 tbsp parsley
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 egg
    1/4c Parmesan Cheese


In a soup pot, add the cooked ground beef, beef broth pasta, pasta sauce, water, and seasonings.

Cook over medium high heat for about 20 minutes.

While the soup cooks, in another bowl mix together the ricotta, parmesan, parsley lpepper and egg.

After the 20 minutes of the soup cooking stir in the ricotta mixture and cook for another 10 minutes. Stir to combine the cheese mixture well.

Serve this soup with a salad and crusty garlic bread just like it was a big dish of lasagna.
