    4 lb rump roast
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. boiling water
    2 bouillion cubes
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 T. Tabasco
    8 cloves garlic
    2 T. Worcestershire sauce


4 lb rump roast, trimmed of all fat. Rub with garlic powder, oregano, and pepper and place in a preheated 325F oven. Roast for 30 minutes per pound. Remove roast, let cool and then slice thinely. Add remaining ingredients to pan drippings and bring to a simmer for 20 minutes. Place sliced beef in pan with gravy and let marinate overnight. Heat and serve on rolls.
