Introduction
I use 2 boxes of Zatarain's jambalaya mix to have leftovers for the next day. I also add additional crushed red pepper for more spice. I use 2 boxes of Zatarain's jambalaya mix to have leftovers for the next day. I also add additional crushed red pepper for more spice.Number of Servings: 5
Ingredients

1/2 lb cooked shrimp
2 tsp red pepper
2 boxes Zatarain's low sodium jambalaya
Directions
Boil 5 cups of water in a 4.5 qt saucepan.
While water boils, cut thawed, cooked shrimp into 1/2 inch pieces.
When water boils, add Zatarain's jambalaya mix.
Return mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat, stir, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 min.
Add shrimp.
Cook another 15 min.
Remove from heat, let stand for 5 min.
Fluff and serve.
Serving Size: Makes ~4 x 1.5 cup servings
