    1 package Tyson Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
    1 large egg
    1/4 Cup progresso italian bread crumbs
    1.5 Cup Ragu light no sugar added Tomato and Basil
    1 cup shredded colby jack


Beat egg in small bowl. Pour bread crumbs in big bowl. Coat chicken pieces in egg and then in bread crumbs. Place in one layer on greased 9/13 casserole dish.
Bake at 350 x 20-30 minutes.
Cover with Ragu sauce and cheese. Bake until cheese is browned and bubbly.
Serve over whole wheat pasta.
Makes 6 equal servings.
