    1 whole wheat tortilla
    1 small banana
    1 TBSP peanut butter, reduced fat
    1 tsp. maple syrup
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon, ground


Spread the peanut butter over the flour tortilla. Slice the bananna and add. Sprinkle cinnamon over. Fold in half and place in a heated pan on the stove. Cook on medium heat until tortilla is slightly brown and contents are heated through. Top with maple syrup and enjoy. NOTE: I actually use Agave most of the time instead of the maple syrup. It has a lower glycemic index for diabetics and tastes great also.
