    4 - 5 large peeled bananas
    200 grams of coconut butter
    1 1/2 cups coconut milk (I used lite cause that's what I had on hand)
    1 tbsp lemon juice

    1/3 cup STEVIVA blend OR stevia to taste if desired


Put everything into a good blender and puree. Freeze in ice ream maker according to manufacturer's directions.

Serving Size: makes 9 servings; 1/2 cup each
