    Egg, fresh, 6 large
    Kroger Low Sodium Bacon, 2 slices
    Cheddar Cheese, 1/4 cup, shredded
    Milk, nonfat, 2 Tablespoons


Beat 6 eggs.
Saute bacon.
Crumble Bacon into eggs.
Add shredded cheese.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
Add milk.
Pour into muffin tin.

Bake 8-10 minutes until you can pull a knife out clean.
