Ingredients

    1.5 cup whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup Granulated sugar
    1/4 cup Splenda
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/3 cup applesauce
    1 cup warm water
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 Tbs white vinegar
    Topping Suggestions (not included in calorie count): Whipped Cream, Powdered Sugar, Cherry Pie Filling, Fresh berries

Directions

Sift together dry ingredients. In separate bowl, combine other ingredients. Mix all ingredients, just until uniform. Pour mixture into a greased and floured 9 inch round cake pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes, until middle springs back when touched. Serve warm or cold with preferred topping.
