Number of Servings: 15


    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    2 eggs
    3 ripe bananas
    1/2 tsp Baking soda
    1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour


Grease muffin tin with non-stick spray.
Combine applesauce and sugar, add eggs one at a time and beat well. Beat in bananas and add fry ingredients. Stir just enough to mix.
Fill muffin tins 3/4 full (Use a 1/4 cup measure for each muffin).
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
