    4oz canned crab meat (approx 1 can) drained and rinsed
    1/3 cup no salt added black beans
    1/3 cup frozen corn, thawed
    1oz crushed corn chips
    2 cups fresh spinach
    2 tbsp lime juice
    1 1/2 tsp olive oil
    1/8 tsp chili powder


Mix together crab, beans, corn, lime juice, olive oil, and chili powder.

Top spinach with crab mixture, and sprinkle with corn chips.

Serving Size: Makes 1 Salad
