    1 Egg, beaten
    2 slices Canadian Bacon
    1 Whole Wheat English Muffin
    1 slice American Cheese
    Cooking spray


1. Place English Muffin in toaster.
2. Spray microwave safe bowl with cooking spray.
3. Place beaten egg in bowl and microwave for 60 seconds.
4. While waiting for egg, take muffin from toaster and place cheese and Canadian Bacon the muffin.
5. When egg is done, finish assembling muffin.

Makes 1 breakfast sandwich.

*Note: for a quick change, add choice of vegetables with the egg for an omlet style sandwich.*
