    # Chicken Breast, no skin, 10.30 ounces (remove)
    # Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.50 cup (remove)
    # Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2.4 oz (remove)
    # Egg, fresh, .5 large (remove)
    # Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 4 tbsp (remove)
    # Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 0.33 cup


Pound chicken flat. Dip into egg , and then into bread crumbs. Spray large pan over medium heat. Cook chicken 3-5 minutes per side until cooked through and golden brown. Put on baking sheet coated with cooking spray, top with sauce, Parmesan, and mozzarella. Broil until cheese melts and begins to brown.
